Artificial quartz stone slabs are composed of more than 90% natural quartz and about 10% colorants, resins and other additives for adjusting bonding and curing. They are processed by negative pressure vacuum, high-frequency vibration molding, and heating curing (the temperature is determined by the type of curing agent).
It has a hard texture (Mohs hardness 5-7) and a dense structure (density 2.3g/cubic centimeter). It has the characteristics of wear resistance, pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-penetration that other decorative materials cannot match.
